1995 ES300 Led tail lights.....
So i've been getting my ideas down on paper before I start messing with the car.I searched and searched but found nothing on LED tails for this model ES.So after some planning I decided im gonna ""retrofit"" led strips into my tails.Maybe 2 on the red part and 1 strip on the turn signal part.I will also be removing the amber of course.Has anyone done this before? If so I would like to see some pics before I start this project.I think its gonna look bad *** when im done.
If all goes well i will also try putting some LED's in the front corner blinkers.

Sounds like way more trouble than it's worth, but if you do go ahead with the project, show us some pics when they are done.
(It's always a good idea to include "during the process" pics)

I already found some LED strips online. And theres nothing better than a DIY and being the only person to have em done. I guess I try to innovate as much as possible. My friend is gonna guide me since he did some for his 2000 civic, except he used 2 row grid setup LED's instead of 1 strip.Im using the strip because of the way the tail light is setup.

It sounds like a cool idea! I hope it works out for ya. And like LXMN says, pics would be great!
One question: would changing from regular taillight bulbs to LEDs affect the "bulb out" warning light on the cluster?

yeah, i was going to do this as well, but have read up on it on other forums, and it sounds way way more complicated than i thought, so i said forget it. unless there is an easy way of this, i probably wouldnt do it.
include pics of your products to show us how you do it. because if its easy enough, i would like to try it as well.

I have pics of the tails open. You'll have to get around the hyperblinker if you are going to retro the turnsignals too.
Too much trouble for me to try retrofitting them though.

changing them to led wont give u a "bulb out". aslong they are the not the wrong size and does not have the proper resistor.
