So, my spare tire compartment in my trunk is empty. I'm looking at this empty space and see that there is so much potential. Does anybody have any cool and creative ideas for it?

A new spare tire?!?

But seriously, how are you planning to get by without the safety and security of a spare tire on your car?

I'd fiberglass it, build up the floor and go with some amps and a nice sub. Get some run-flats first though before ditching the spare.

Stick some nice amps and a cap in there and then cover it in plexiglass, and put subs on the side corners, SEXXYYYYYYY !! that was gonna be my setup till i decided im not spending any more $$ on this car so I could save up for my IS350 , then the custom trunk !!

When I bought the car (used), I didn't bother to check the spare tire. Lo and behold a year later my tire goes flat and the stupid "spare" doesn't fit onto the car. I have AAA and they towed me to a tire place. I'm happy with AAA's service so I won't bother looking for an actual spare. *knocks on wood

Not so! My '94, '03, and '07 ES's ALL came with alloy wheel spare tires.
