I've never really noticed but my dome light (not to be confused with the map light) doesn't work, for a few years now i've always left the light on the "off" position and last night I tried turning it on and nothing happened.
this mourning I took out the test light and there's no power going to the light terminals.
I also check the fuses and their all fine. I'm not sure if the door lights are tied to the dome light, but the door light works.

Anyone know what the problem can be???

So it sounds like the problem has something to do with the socket or wiring connection for the dome light, and not with the actual bulb? Never seen anything like it before

I just pulled off the dome light assembly, and check the plug and it does not get power either.
I will probably have to find where the power wire goes to (from the headliner down) and see if it has power. I guess I will have to trace it back down and see where it goes.
