Default Acceleration hesitation

I cant take off smoothly anymore. When I accelerate from a stop, the car does a bouncing, jerking type deal. Its as if its studdering when I give it gas. Im sure it could be caused by a lot of things (distributor, plugs/wires, idle air flow sensor...), but if someone has had this happen before, any ideas on what the problem may be would help me out a lot. Thanks in advance.

My first bet would be to check the spark plugs and the wires... had this happen to me before.. not on a lexus later found out that one of my sparkplug was not firing constantly... changed it and walaa... good luck buddy...
