Default Dying trying to find where this vacuum line goes

So my daughters car has been hesitating, etc and I am attempting to get these vacuum lines in the proper places and have it all together except 1!
The diagram is horrible and I have seen mention that the line in question is simply capped.... so I'm looking to the forums for help.

I have circled both in red.... if you notice... they go to...? WTF, God? because these diagrams suck lol! Any and all help on this would be grateful.

That might be a vented line that goes into the chassis. Otherwise I don't know.

My RX330 with the 3MZFE has the same vacuum line that goes nowhere like in OP's pic and I believe it is a vent as well because it literally goes nowhere exactly as shown.

Why did they feel the need to vent via vacuum line all that way? Often those VSVs have a vent cap with a filter inside. The relentless pursuit of.....vacuum lines?

Needs to be a vent so when the valve turns off (electrically) vacuum can bleed off.

I literally put a cap on mine LOL, I'll look for a vented cap but all seems to be working great now... still gonna look for the vented cap though...

I just replaced my vacuum set, here is the photo of the cap in question. On mine, it is solid. The line is approx 34" in length and set up like a high loop
