I want to install 6.5" monitors in my Lexus ES300. As everyone knows the headrests are too small to fit this size. I know I can swap out with a GS300 headrest, but does anyone know if older model Lexus ES300's (99-01) have bigger headrests?

Nope, the headrests from the '99-'01 are the same as in the '97.

I remembered reading that a member here, MRLEXUS, used the larger headrests from an RX330 to put his screens up in his '97 ES. Do a search for "MRLEXUS" and you should be able to find pics of his headrest mods.

Did anyone ever confirm if the GS300 or maybe RX330 are bigger? Im putting in headrest screens early next year and want to fit 9 inches in them if possible
