Default thinking about 20s...but

im thinking about 20s but i dont want to change the ride.................what kind of stress do you put on the suspension...............or am i better off with 18s

Stick with 18s; you'll have more tire life than with 20s. Plus, 20's look too big of a wheel setup on the ES.

i just put 20's on my 95 lex it looks sick as hell, no rubbing, fits perfectly, you need a phat body kit then b/c it raises it upso much

I will say stay with 18" with a inch drop or so..

I say the same thing... 20's are too big for the older gen ES (92-01).. Might look good on the newer ones though.

I'm with others, 20's are too much for the ES.

20's dont really look proportionate to the ES body. i'd go with 18's.

I have no idea what is up with the infacutation with dubs. You have a 97 ES, unless u want it to look like a boat, 20s are a NO NO.
Not to mention weight and stress on a suspension it was not built for.
16s came on the 3rd gen at one point so u can plus 3 to 19s. I'd do 18s with a drop to keep a nice ride and look great.

actually, i really think 18s are small for how big the car is, 19s flow really well

but i might end up keeping the wheels bc im selling the car for something rwd

yea 18s might be the way to go i dont wanna really burn the gas or put the sress on the suspension with 20s but damn their nice as hell i gotta spot here in new york where you can buy hot chrome20s for 600 bucks check em out they have a website RVM WHEELS ...........................they have a few auctions on ebay too ................yo hoebag i wannted to copp your skirt kit but when i called molly designs to see if i could repurchase the lip they said they didnt make it anymore ......but damn that skirt kit is hot and hard to find too.................if you ever run across some one selling the whole kit please drop a line on the message board
