Default Oxygen Sensor Location

I have a 1992 ES300..I believe there are two Main O2 Sensors and a Rear O2. The first one I can see right away..it's hook up to exhaust manifold...the second Main O2 sensor I'm having trouble finding..I want to replace both sensors at the same time..please help. Thanks.

Your 2nd O2 sensor should be located after your Y pipe before the resonator.

Thanks..I found it but I have another problem..there is very little room for me to remove the two bolts holding the sensor. I have to do it from under the car correct? Any hints on how to remove it will be appreciated..I took it to the shop and they want $75 just for labor..ouch!

If you don't have small hands, then yeah it'd be somewhat to your disadvantage, but you shouldn't need to literally get under the car to access parts in the engine bay area. My best suggestion is to try to remove any parts that interfere in the way of you accessing the O2 sensors, and if that doesn't help, find a mechanic friend who will help out.

Yes under the car is the way to do it. As Lexusk8 said..it's best to have a friend to assist.

It was a pain but my brother got it done..no more code 28 but check engine is still on due to code 55. According to my research code 55 is the Knock Sensor Signal..I don't even know where it's located..so I'm hoping someone can help me again. I also don't hear the engine knocking..it puzzles me why I get code 55.
