Default 06 330 Trans Seepage

New to me 2006 ES330, 173k miles, dealer maintained until 168k.

I picked this up for my niece who needs a decent, reliable car. Came with some bumps and bruises, but overall it seems very nice, some cosmetic issues and deferred maintenance items that I've been knocking out over the last week. Just about done (oil & filter, air filter, cabin filter, pcv was nearly clogged, both front power window motors were shot, accessory belts were pretty worn and squeaky, left side HID low beam doesn't reliably ignite, new hood strut, etc). Last item was I wanted to do a trans drain, new filter and gasket and new fluid, just don't have the time so I'll do it at 175k when we do the next oil change. Crawling around underneath this morning I did notice there is a very low volume seeping of trans fluid, enough that I've got a few drops on the floor in the garage, but not a gusher or anything. Trans pan looks clean and dry, I think it might be seeping from the differential, photo attached. Is this a common or common-ish issue and if this is correct, whats the correction? Doesn't appear to be from higher, looks to me like its right there on the case split. Kind of looks like some sealant or other goo there by the case bolts, maybe something is just aged and needs to be retorqued or resealed? That seems too easy.

Thanks!

Removing the air cleaner assembly may give a better vantage point from the top to see possible leaks.
Mine was leaking at
33403M - COVER SUB-ASSY, SPEEDOMETER DRIVEN HOLE (ATM)

The rubber o-ring was hardened, no longer sealing. It was a $5 part
33403N - RING, O (FOR ATM SPEEDOMETER DRIVEN HOLE COVER)

https://www.japan-parts.eu/lexus/us/...pan-atm#33403N

With the air cleaner assembly removed, it was a straight forward repair.
