Hmmm, When I get some more miles on this I'll have them look closer at it. I've got 40k miles the 2014 I just bought. Or if I get the cold start issues right away I'll bug the Lexus dealer about it and see what they want to do.

It will likely be the year 2025-2030 before you even remotely come close to having any issues. i think you'll be fine =)

oh wow now i feel good about this vehicle for the option i want it for you have 460 but i see you had the Head Gasket done at 375 was this the first major repair ?
i am looking at the CT because i can get a CPO for a reasonable price iwth all the otions i want and if its 3 years old with less then 50k from my understanding i will get the rest of the 6 years from new with unlimited mile bumper to bumper i drive Uber and put about 5k per month on my car so thats why im looking at this and i already spoke with Lexus and they said driving Ride Share like uber or lyft will not have any affect on the warranty
but im wondering was 375k head gasket the first major issues you had ?

that's impressive. wheel bearings are typically 100k items, especially on small/light duty japanese vehicles. and particularly on this car (well the Prius) you see lots of people replace their wheel bearings, at least one, around 100k. i wonder if it's mostly time that dries out the grease within and it's not a mileage issue. could be it!

too bad bearings or hubs don't have serviceable ports where you can inject new grease every once in a while..
