How would these wheels fit with the current tire setup on it? 17x9.5 +38 255/40/17

A local shop has these wheels with tires for sale
Four wheels, RP03 17x9.5 +38 5x100 SBC
Four tires, Federal 595RS-RR 255/40/17

how would these fit on the ct200h
is this a good setup for the car?

saw this picture on instagram not sure if it has the same set up though

I'm running 17*8.5 35mm off set with 225/45/17
I'm expecting your fuel economy will suck. I like 45+ MPG
