7. Costs less than RX by about $10 to $15K
8. Gets twice the gas milage of a typical RX
9. Corners better than RX
10. Unique and stylish design
11. Did I mention $10 to $15K cheaper and gets twice the gas milage and overall cost of ownership significantly less expensive?
12. Not called a 'Soccer Mom' by all my friends ;-)

My mom has an RX and I always loved compact wagons like the Audi A3 and the IS300 Sportcross after driving the CT the driving experience reconfirmed what I already knew.
I hope the CT does have its own demographic. I would not want every Jane and John Smith driving one like how I spot a Prius and a typical BMW 3 series every few blocks.

For what it's worth "the RX feels like a sports car after driving our CT" (took this quote from my wife the other day)
I don't think you can ever replace an SUV's space or try to compare it to a tiny wagon but both of these cars have strong points for each individual user. There is no one car to cover every aspect but to own these both are great thus we have both cars.

No Offense but what color is the sky in this world you speak of!!!!!! The only time an RX feels like a sports car is after I've been on my SeaRay all day and even then the boat sounds better. Agreed they're definitely not for the same demographic but the Lexus RX is probably one of the LEAST sportiest vehicles in the history of wheeled transport! I know, I've owned( and loved) them, but for their comfort and luxury not for sportiness.
