i know you can do a facelift on the 2011 model to the 2015 look on the bumper. Has anyone done a 4IS style bumper onto a ct like how they do on the 2gen IS?
Well, there is a bolt-on kit I've seen some people install. It looks.. okay IMO. It looks better with supporting mods, especially the 2018+ head lights.

Does the CT share the same front end with the IS?
The front end is definitely not the same between the two cars. I don't have any links specifically, but I've seen it mostly on the Facebook group and maybe the other CT forum. Here is the product:
