I am asking a question and I hope someone can help me out.

I found out there are a problem of my headlight.

I remember that the DRL strip is 100% bright when the low beam is off.

when the low beam is on, the DRL strip will be diming, is that right?

however, I found out that the DRL strip is diming all the time now but all the LED was 100% functional. I do not thinking the LED were broken. I am thinking is that any fuse problem or Relay problem? I already checked the number 26 and 27 fuse which is ok.

can someone help me out? I appreciate that.
