My 2016 ct200h has recently stopped displaying the names on incoming calls from my Samsung s20. I've never had this problem until recently. I've tried disconnecting Bluetooth and unpaired my device and starting again but to no avail. All contacts are displaying in the phone book but unknown number is displaying on the incoming call even though the name is saved in my phone. Any help in fixing this would be appreciated.

 

you might need to set up your phone book in the car system?

Mine has always said "No Name" on incoming calls. Never looked at all the settings to see this about contacts.. usually I have my phone within eye's view but I always look at the HUD first anyways so it will be nice if this fixes it.

 

mind you, my car is a 2011 with nav. This might have changed for newer models.

 

Thanks guys. 2016 with Nav seems to have a different display and lay out. It's, Telephone/Contacts/Contact Settings/Display name or number. I selected name. But still incoming calls showing as either number or unknown.

 

Page 313 of your manual show how to get your contacts into the car from your phone. After that they should show?

 

The contacts are already stored in the cars contact list. Just not showing on incoming calls
