Default How to adjust the headlights?

Rented a new Corolla last weekend and compared to the Lexus, I feel like the headlights are aimed too low. How can I adjust them so they have a higher cutoff?

should be looking straight down into the headlight when the hood is open. i believe they are the outer screws. one goes left and right and one goes up and down.
