I bought a key fob from Locksmith Keyless. ct200h. They said it is unlocked. I bought a TechStream soft ware and cable. I can communicate with the car. I was able to go through the key registration process but at last step, always failed. This is the message. Can anyone please help?

the numbers on the back of the fobs and numbers on the chips match.
