My car put me down yesterday... originally Toyota DTC code was P0141 and the mechanic reconnected a hose and everything was fine. A week later the same hose pops off and is reconnected again but the car won't start and says Hybrid System warning. This is the code Toyota discovered
So this is still covered under warranty/TSB/recall?
