Default A/C Question

Hi
My 2011 CT200h has just had it's air con system refilled. Now the hot weather is here, I can tell that it isn't that cold at all, and, the passenger side is running at a much warmer temperature.
does anyone have any clues as to what might cause this problem?
Will
PS: I'm not that technically minded, so please be gentle

I'd have the place who did the work check on how cold it's supposed to run, using a thermometer or something. That's what A/C people do inside homes and such.

Also, the CT has dual-zone climate control. If your passenger side is not as cold, check to see if the "dual" button is lit. If it is, check the temperature number on the screen on the passenger side, it may be set to a higher temp.
