I have a 2014 ct200h and had a slightly unnerving experience yesterday while on the freeway. Was listening to the radio when the volume on the radio started slowing rising, with zero ability to turn it either on or off. The console was on, but unresponsive to any of my frantic button pushing. I eventually had to pull off the freeway because the volume was unbearable, and I don't travel with earplugs I pulled off and shut the car off and back on, and everything was fine after that. It shook me up a little bit though to suddenly have no control over the console. Any ideas? Is this a common problem? I couldn't find anything during my internet search for answers.

That is what the warranty is for. There may be a stored code. I would take it to the dealer.
