What make of plugs did you install? If they're not Denso, take them out. This is a proven issue on the LS forums. For whatever reason, only Denso's (Toyota) work properly, Some have replaced with NGK, Bosch, etc and have had disasterous results.

So, are you saying that Toyota/Lexus replaced them for you? Did you see the plugs they installed? If you did see them, they would have been in red boxes. If the dealer did the work, you need to go see them and express your concerns. Is the car running ell otherwise? No idle issues or fuel smells?

If anything, the 0W20 would improve mileage. That's the correct oil for our cars. So, that leaves the plugs. No clue what has happened there since the car is otherwise operating as it should. Perhaps you ned to just wait and see if it improves when the computer adjusts to the new plugs and driving style.
