Question 18 inch wheel fitment

Hello friends,

I own a 2011 CT200h in Matador Red. The car is awsome! I want to fit in some aftermarket wheels. I just bought the Toora T560 18" wheels, which have an offset of +35.

Now, I am a little bit concerned about the tire size. Does it work with 225/40/18 or should I stick to standard 215/40/18? Suspension is OEM at this moment.

The difference between 225 and 215 regarding the sidewall is only 4 mm.

Does anyone has this setup?

Waiting for feedback! Thanks.

Cheers,
Catalin

I have installed yesterday a rim with 225/40 tyre and they fit perfectly. Check the pictures!

Great! Thank you! I am planing in the future to drop it with Eibach springs. They work also with OEM dampers. The drop is 20mm all around, but is enough for me.
