Hello!
I just bought a 2011 CT200h with 110'000km and I'm currently LOVING it!
It has sat NAV, premium audio, keyless entry, etc...
The thing that's really really really annoying me is the bluetooth.
So let's start:
I want to use my Android phone for both MEDIA CONNECTION and PHONE CONNECTION via bluetooth. The first time I got into the car I connected my phone first for MEDIA and then for PHONE and it worked for both pretty well. For a mysterious reason, I can't do it the other around, but that's not my problem. My problem is that I activated autconnect but it ONLY works for phone, not for media. Some randoom music starts playing on my phone's speakers when I start the car but I can't pair it for audio unless I start the operation all over again. My android phone indicates "(no media)" for the CT200h but when I go take look at it, media IS checked...
Is it me being stupid and not understanding something? Is it something with Lexus System? Is it something with my phone? Are there any apps that could help me for Android?

Did you try deleting everything and starting over?

The phone and media list are different.. try wiping them all out and doing it again. I have had three android phones over the time I have had the car and all work once you get it configured right.

 

I did try to do it all over again... But the problem is not going away
Strange thing is it works just fine for phone connection. My phone is a chinesse one with Android I bought on aliexpress for 70$ (F9006) but honestly I never had any issues with it at all...
I am now hesitating the format my phone just to see if this works for the car!

 

One precision: when I click "connect" in the audio menu, it first tells me that the connection has been established and very shortly after it tells me that the phone has been disconnected...

 

What happens when you delete everything and then connect it to just the media and nothing with the phone? Does it work then?
