I own a 2012 CT200H with Navigation. I own an Iphone 4S. I know this has been talked about in another thread; however, have been having problems finding the thread, so here goes....

I have owned the car for almost 2 weeks. I would say that in that 2 week span, after uploading my contacts, all of the contacts have disappeared at least 5 times in the 2 week span. Of course, I can and have re-uploaded the contacts from my phone; however, there is nothing more frustrating than driving on the freeway at 60mph+, wanting to make a phone call, and having the system tell you that there are no contacts.

I firmly believe that it has something to do with either the playing of music using bluetooth or the playing of music through the USB connection; however, I cannot pinpoint exactly what is going on. I have asked the dealer at Santa Monica Lexus to look into it and they are calling Lexus corporate.

Has anyone had this issue and RESOLVED the issue
