Default ct200H - side mirrors glare?

I am experiencing a nasty reflection glare on both of my side mirrors. It is more noticeable on the driver side than the passenger side. The glare is caused by reflection of the silvery trim dashboard piece and the shiny chrome directional **** of the vents. When I cover with a dark color cloth and held it in place with tape, the reflections are gone. My CT got production date of 05/12, it got premium package w/ nav. Has anyone else experiencing this? I am a short guy at 5'-5" and may be the way I position myself is causing this? I don't know if there are variations in the interior trim level.

Is it from the passenger side, then I would try to chane the trim which snaps in and out.

Don't think it is that simple to snap the dash trim out. Have you read the thread posted to install the NAV lock out device to play DVD while the car is in motion? In order to access the transmission console the DIY thread describes the painstaking process that is needed to take apart all the trim pieces one by one. The bamboo trim piece snaps out rather easily. But then you have to continue with the NAV trim piece, and then there is the driver's side under the vent. I wanted to hear from others before running crying to the dealership.

I notice it too, and listed it as one of the annoyances regarding the CT in anohter thread. It only bothers me on the drivers side.

Default my Band Aid fix...

I couldn't stand no more ... After reading various comments on different threads, I covered the silver trim piece w/black electric tape. It worked, the glare is GONE. For some unexplained reason, when I plopped in the bamboo trim piece, the driver side glare was dissipated; it is still there but no longer offensive.
