Replacement Seat Options

Does anyone know if there is another Lexus model that the seats will bolt in from? I'm looking for more comfort than the OEM ones.

I would be open to aftermarket seats too?

IMO you'd be hard pressed to find better seats. The OEM CT seats are awesome
