Default 2012 CT200 Power Windows

Just picked up a CT and was wondering about the speed of the front driver and passenger windows? When I roll the windows down, it starts off normal speed but when it reaches 3/4 down, it starts to slow down. When I roll the front windows up, 3/4 way up it slows down again. The back windows go down and up at one continuous speed. Are the front windows speeds suppose to be like that? Let me know folks! Thanks

Mine does that too!
I always thought it was just so it doesn't come crashing to a halt like a runaway freight train

Same here. I think it might be a safety feature?

I'm pretty sure it's intentional so that it doesn't slam closed or open. Luxury touches

Hi Guys,
Actually it's part of the 'relentless pursuit of quietness' so they don't slam shut as do the cars of ordinary mortals.

Does the CT have the cool feature when you hold the unlock button and all of the windows roll down??

I believe it's an available setting but has to be done by the dealer. By default it doesn't happen.

LPS (Lexus Personalized Settings) can be done at your 5K service...

We just got a car couple of days ago.
First day, one touch open/close didn't work at ALL.
and for some reason front/pass window doesn't work at all.

Day two, looks like One touch start working on Driver side, cool

Going to dealer to tint windows, will ask them then.

Update:
Dealer told me how to enable one touch for pass door.
You need to take yr window down, then up, then down and hold button for 5-7 sec and
one touch start working.
