How easy is it to get to the oil filter on the CT200? I prefer to change my own oil and was wondering how accessible the filter is .....

 

It’s very accessible located directly behind the motor and low down. It’s a cartridge type so somewhat messier than a screw on can type. When changing oil use fully synthetic 0W20 and add a bottle of Lucas oil synthetic stabilizer. I personally swear by it and most chemicals.
