Took my first test drive today in Dallas, Texas. The CT is really nice. It is very smooth and quiet. I wish I had been able to get it out on the highway. I was a bit surprised on the room in the car. I am 6' 2" tall and had plenty of head room. The drivers seat was very comfortable. The one I drove had leather seats. I thought the car had plenty of power for city driving. If there is anyone out there from the Dallas area, they will be there Friday and Saturday also.

I'm going this Saturday morning; Are there other cars there to compare it to or is it just the CT?

 

Just the CT. They have 4. Brown, Dark Gray, Black and Red.

 

The headroom is a pleasant surprise. So it was not underpowered at all? How was the handling?

 

The course they had laid out was in a busy part of town. I thought the car drove very well. I didn't have a chance to floor it, but in normal driving acceleration was good. It was impossible to tell when the gas engine cut in. I did notice a little quicker acceleration from a start in sport mode. Steering was good and quick. Can't wait for my dealer to get one in March so I can take a longer drive. They told me that there are 12 CT 200h in the country. Part on the east coast and the others on the west coast. These cars came from California. All of them are prototypes, so there will be some minor changes on the final versions.
