Default MPG steadily decreasing

Somewhat unsurprisingly my MPG have been steadily been decreasing throughtout my ownership of my 2015 Lexus ct200h. I'm now averaging around 34 MPG, when I used to average about 40 MPG driving pretty hard at times but generally smooth (if that makes any sense). I've been playing with the idea of changing out the battery, but its likely not worth the expense. Any pro tips or suggestions? Thanks for your help.

EGR cooler and valve cleaning, throttle body clean, new PCV valve, new spark plugs, new air filter, then run a tank of premium through it.

Thanks! Really appreciate that! Has anyone looked into a DIY replacement of the batteries and claude optimization for the hybrid system? It sure seems like this car does not operate nearly enough in EV mode (probably due to the absurdly small battery).
