Default Rim question

Looking to get new rims. Will 17x7 +46 work on the ct200?? I know the stock rims are 17x7 +45, but has anyone went up 1mm on the offset? Thanks

1mm offset change will fit. That small a difference will not matter, especially since the width is the same. 1mm is equal to the thickness of a dime.
Be sure the new wheels are the correct hub centric size for this model. It is 54.1mm.

Yes, they will work. Depending on the wheel specs and modifications you're willing to do, there's room for more aggressive sizing.

Here's an old(er) pic of my set up, TE37SL 18x9.5 +40 with 215/40's, only difference currently is I'm on 245/40's which look much better for the ride height
BC coilovers
SPC front camber/alignment bolts
LYKT adjustable rear upper control arms
-0.5 degrees of a camber all around
Rolled Fenders with modified fender liners
Hub centric wheel/rings

I used the fitment industries CT200h gallery to help what determine potential modifications need for certain wheel sizing
https://www.fitmentindustries.com/wh...s&model=CT200h

In addition to the above, I also used a wheel offset calculator to compare fitment against other examples shown online
https://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator

For instance, if you input my wheels 9.5" +40mm compared to your 7" +46mm, you'll see the outer position clearance fitment/difference of 38mm as well as the inner clearance of 26mm
