My fog lights won't turn on even after I changed the bulb. Could it be the fuse? I believe that the fuse for the fog lights is ECU IG1 No 1 or is it FR FOG. Since my power windows work, can I assume that the ECU IG1 fuse is not the reason for the fog lights not turning on? How likely is it the relay, or is a different fuse that controls the front fog lights?

 

1) Make sure the high beam isn't on (make sure the stalk isn't pushed in)
2) Make sure that the low beams are on (illuminated)

With those conditions met, when you turn on/off the fog light switch, are there any relay clicks? Does the green light on the instrument cluster illuminate?
