I wouldn't think that electric batteries and Alaskan cold would be a good mix. At that price though, that does seem like a steal. It's quite low. So I'd be prepared for a big expense like head gasket/engine replacement and hybrid battery replacement. But you can test those things before buying. Also check for rust with that age and mileage.
If you can have the dealer guarantee there is no coolant leak or major oil consumption, may be a decent buy.
On cold starts (morning) or when from standstill, there is no excessive engine knock or vibration, maybe there isn't a head gasket issue. Probably good to have it checked out but not sure about the cost.
Mine is '12 bought from a friend in early 2020 with about 130k miles then and don't have those issues but it's not as cold here in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
