Hi Darrel,
I just sent you the email regarding on the MY2011 headlights defective, well I got my lights back on December,2011 and installed about a month ago due to the weather in Ohio so cold, and today March 20 since the weather here in Ohio got really nice and hot (85 degree) took my car out for a drive and now I found a small bubble on one of the headlight's should I claim for the warranty yet? or I have to wait until it get worse? please let me know

U only have one side bubling? I think Darrel said both headlamps bubling could get an exchange.

because today is my first day out since I installed the headlights, but eigther one of them got defective, they have to exchange both, not just one, because we're don't want to have one with the eye lash the other one is not, it would look funny.

So what is exactly needed to install these stripped/loaded on an 06 350 without AFS or HID's

Or what process do I have to go through since I heard it isn't exactly plug n play.

I think Sewell wont do exchange with u, if U only got one lamp defective. has to be both lights.

Yeah finally i got both of my headlights has bubbles, and i emailed sewell with the pics, they reply back to me and said that they see the bubbles, so i hope they would ship me the new lights soon

Why don't you have them replace for u under the warranty? I wish i could have to wait two months later to buy my headlights- it is $200 cheaper and also i don't have to go through all the warranty issues thing?

Mine doesnt get bubble yet, so I decided just use 1200 to a buy new set, is not expensive, and my friend want my 11 lights too,lol
