i have not, messaged him a few days ago asking if they would be able to provide a better shipping timetable besides "end of the month" but i have yet to receive a response

These should be shipping out from Megan today, they got the shipment in late last Friday and nothing was able to go out.

My guess is he meant that Megan is shipping out to their distributers (i.e. CircuitMS) today so we should expect them within the next two weeks. Longest two weeks ever!
