Globe, if you look at the top of your struts in the enginebay, under the 3 nuts there's a black spacer... Those are the spacers that you get. And there a few bucks.. If for some reason they don't have any left I got a bunch of them, I'll give you some...

thanks for the help!

Did you get ur front STB yet? I'm dying to find out if it's all safe to use spacers on a GS300, and about the hood-clearance.

It clears the hood... But I have Tein "Flex" coils and I didn't lift the frontend off the ground to release the presure from the struts and I ended up only having alttle bit of thread to work with so I decided to wait till I had more time.. But it does clear...

thanks alot!

I heard from a guy in Taiwan with a GS300 that if you use 3 spacers with the TRD stb, it'll clear the engine but it'll hit the hood. I guess TOM's sits lower.

Did I notice a change with the Tom's STB's? Unfortunately, I also changed the settings on the HA's at the same time, from 0/0 to 8/4 [F/R], so it's tough to attribute a specific difference. The car is taking rough roads, rail road tracks & generic bumps pretty hard now, though. I may lower the tire pressure a bit and see if that makes a difference.

But it handles like it's on rails! And I love the progressive way the S-03's break traction, it's so easy to correct.

wassup guys. Just to let you know, I have the TOM's on my GS300, and yes, you need a total f 3 spacers on each side, and it doesn clear both the hood and the intake manafold. Barely, but it clears! Hope that helps Globe! PeAcE!

Ok, here it is... I put both on... The Tom's and then the TRD STB. They both clear but the TRD STB sits on the front vaccum hose on the engine w/ 2 spacers, and Tom's fits the same way... I think using 3 spacers is too much because there isn't that much thread left on the bolts from the struts.. But that's just my case because I have Tein "Flex" coils and I'm sure the bolts are different than other struts... Oh, by the way I had to change the nuts because the ones that Tein gave me they had like more than 1/8" inside the nut that wasn't threaded and I needed that 1/8".... Oh and they both clear the hood...

Not sure if I mentioned this before but as you might know there is no way your going to fit that peice of plastic that you call a enginecover with any STB on a GS300...... The engine sits too high.

Default BEWARE!!!!!!

Hey guys, Update..... Do not put the Front STB on with 2 spacers. You have to use 3.. I had only 2 on and it was resting on a hose and the piece that the hose was on broke, and now my check engine light is on.. I just came back from Lexus and there going to fix mine under warranty... But if one of yours breaks I don't know if the dealer will fix it without you coming out of your pocket... So if you only have 2 spacers on your GS300 you need to make it 3....
