Yes that is for the whole unit, these pictures are of the IS250 & IS350 2006-2009 unit, now FlyAudio does have a universal unit also. You can find more information on the IS & ES units HERE. Now if you need a universal unit you can find more information HERE

Its basically a re-view back up camera that you mount above the license plate so when you put the car in reverse you will have a rear facing view.
