i used the phiten tape on my knee when i run around and the liquid in the night when my knee aches... it's pretty good stuff and it's not stinky!

getting the largest size because my friends say that having the larger one works better because it covers more surface area of the body when worn as to a smaller size one...

yeah idontknow...but i think this is a placebo effect
the tape works though i know that
