yes, ltuned is gone long time ago, however, trd isn't really taking over what ltuned had before, i think it's more like lexus/toyota gave up ltuned division once and for all.
for lsportline, yes, if you go to lsportline.com you go to dazz actually. that's part of the rumor/news, but since it's not fully confirmed i don't want to make things worse

Umm L-Sportline is and always has been a division of Dazz. This is pretty common knowledge, there has been no "takeover" or buyout.
