I took 640 X 18% drivetrain loss = 115 hp loss to the wheels = Approx 525 whp

Edit: Well I guess you have to factor in headers/exhaust/intake price wise...............but still not bad
like 15k+ if you don't have headers etc plus maybe 1k for install (guessing). mmm max my 401k or buy mods for the isf lol, choices, choices.

Ummm...annual savings (if possible) and several tax return refunds shall do the trick! By that time the 2nd gen ISF will be out and RR Racing will have it tuned! In all seriousness I want this system one day. I think RR Racing did a tremendous job. Im aspiring to track my F and drag race it. I'm glad RR Racing didn't cut corners or half *** the workmanship. I'll gladly pay every last penny if the circumstances allow. I look forward to the setup of the fortunate ones to get it soon! Black Friday sale!

Just out of curiousity Do you have to remove the PCS unit (if you have it installed) for the supercharger kit to fit?

PCS = Pre-Collision System

Its the Radar option that comes with the ISF from the dealers.

From the pictures it looks like it'll have to be removed, correct me if I'm wrong.

If we get a car into the shop with the PCS, then we can design around it, but for right now you will have to remove it. I think 90% of ISF's dont have it though.

Installing the SC kit should be about the same time as installing headers, its actually quiet easy. We will try to setup certain regional installers who will do the install for a fixed price. For example, we have WOW Auto in Southern California, and we are looking for someone in Texas & Florida. The advantage there is that the installation will be from someone experienced with this SC, and you wont be paying someone extra labor hours to learn how to do it first time.

Is there going to be a new ultimate performance package on the RR site that includes the option to add headers etc.

Is the new tune included in this package price for those us that are not tuned yet? Or, is that an additional cost?

Rafi, I think he was referring to ultimate performance package as in...Supercharger, Headers, and Tune. All in one pack. Something along those lines, since a lot of us aren't tuned or have headers.

Rafi,

Maybe I missed it, but does the new balancer have to be pinned to the crank to prevent slippage due to belt tension?

Well, for those who want to bundle headers with the SC kit, we can certainly work with you on the pricing... just contact us at service@rr-racing.com and we will quote you the best possible price.

The kit comes with a new billet aluminum crank pulley, the balancer is part of the new crank pulley assembly. So your OEM crank pulley is removed.

Not sure if this has been answered before but, what is the red-line RPM with the supercharger and tune?

Another well conceived & engineered bit of kit for our vehicles from the team at RR Racing.

I'm very interested in seeing dyno results.

Stock redline... the heads simply do not flow enough to justify raising it, and also given the added power reliability may suffer with a higher rev limit.

Is it required to have headers to run the supercharger? It was a requirement in my DSM days.
I am sure reducing the back-pressure is a huge plus for reliability right?

I remember something about 3inch diameter exhaust coming out to compliment the SC setup, is that still happening
and how beneficial would that be?
