Carmax to sell 2GS?
Planning to sell my '03 GS300 soon, so I'm surveying my options and hoping to get some feedback from you guys.
1. in your opinion, when carmax makes an offer to buy your car, is it a reasonable amount?
2. any contacts to someone who works at carmax/appraisal could help lean the appraisal a little higher?
3. or carmax is a bad option, just sell privately or anyone have experience w/autonation?
BTW, anyone have a contact with Honda dealer sales?
Other thoughts/suggestions are welcome.

1. It's reasonable when compared to dealerships.
2. The person who does the appraisal is different than the person who helps out in person.
3a. Selling privately typically fetches more money but you gotta play the waiting and negotiating game
3b. Auto nation is more likely than not going to give the best offer. Maybe try getting an offer from Carmax and taking it to auto nation so they can match it or beat it.
