Generally i don't let dealers wash any of my cars, but the newly built Lexus of Woodland Hills has a dedicated car wash machine of some sort. Ok to let them wash or they'll end up making swirl marks all over the car?

Its either hand wash or touchless wash where they just use spray jets that go around to clean my car.
