Yeah this blows. Miller dealership isn't going to tell you who purchased the car, you know the ol'e garbage, sensitivity and privacy stuff. Yes, CHP can write a ticket on any street, any town, any city, any county that they are in. They have total domain. They can go anywhere and write anywhere. Highway on not.
