Default SC swaps in SoCal?
Hey guys, so I moved to cali a few months ago and just recently sold my truck in Fla. I had a turbo sc a few years ago and would like to get back into one. However, being in socal now I obviously can't do whatever I want. What are the rules for swaps? Can I legally do any swap and still have the car legal? Or are my turbo hopes and dreams crushed?

i think the main thing is smog and cops that give out REF tickets.

Answered my own question, anyone have experience in swapping a 1j and want to help one weekend? Or do you guys know of a shop to do a full clean job?
