Just a update, i just decided to buy brand new tires. Drove on the worn tires for a few more weeks, and there was no point flipping anymore. Went to Qing tires, someone mentioned them above. Guy is cool, and they got good customer service but they had trouble getting my tire to fill with air. it just had minor stretch. Took it to K and E and they busted out the cheetah. Got it done in 2 mins.
i went to driftspeed on friday, had a nice lady help me out with the paperwork and two japanese guys do the work. i had 18" shallens mounted with new tires, no scratches post, and they catered to what i wanted (i specificed what tires i wanted up front). i will definitely be back again possibly for an alignment. good bunch of people there! no hassles, no fuss, grabbed lunch across the street at costco and the tires were done when i got back.
and yes my jaw dropped when i entered the showroom.
