June 3, 2010 - Pasadena. Lexus Safety Camp for Mothers w/kid(s) (0-10yrs)
Lexus is hosting a Safety Camp for new mothers who are Lexus owners or are new to Lexus. The event will be held in Pasadena and is an R.S.V.P. only. The event will be on Thursday June 3, 2010 and there will be a morning and afternoon session. Lunch will be provided for both groups.
If you are interested, please shoot me a PM asap and I can get you on the list. You must be a mother with children (newborn-10 years old) and a Lexus owner to qualify. You must be okay with being filmed for this opportunity.One spot only, first come first served!
Lexus Invites You to Family Safety Camp!
It’s nearly summer camp season…not just for kids, but for parents, too. You’ve probably seen Lexus in the news lately in regards to safety, and we’d like to share with you our commitment to safety. With summer travel season just around the corner, we want to invite you to our summer camp where you can enhance your knowledge and skills about overall vehicle safety.
At the Lexus Family Safety Camp, you’ll get to:
Spend time with and talk to technical specialists about vehicle safety features in a language that makes sense
Test drive vehicles on special courses set up at the Rose Bowl parking lot and gain hands-on experience with vehicle stability control (VSC), anti-lock brakes (ABS), brake override system, LATCH child seat system, Bluetooth and Lexus telematics (Lexus Enform and Safety Connect)
Visit with other safety experts and advocates including Stephanie Tombrello of SafetyBeltSafe USA, an organization dedicated to child passenger safety, and Janette Fennell, founder of KidsAndCars.org, a national nonprofit dedicated to reducing injury and death to children in and around motor vehicles.
Walk away with a USB drive loaded with lots of great information and VIDEO of your experience from the day's activities If you’re driving to the event, bring your kids along to have fun at "Camp Lexus" - to be held at Kidspace Children's Museum adjacent to the event For each attendee, Lexus will make a donation so that low-income, inner-city kids can also enjoy the Kidspace Children's Museum

Unfortunately one mother with children up to 10 years old can be selected.
