Yeah, I was sorta thinking the same thing, but the craigslist ad actually explicitly claimed that they were found in a trailer... almost like a built in excuse/alibi in case a buyer suspects they were stolen. I mean if you were selling a set of wheels that you really did find in a trailer, would you include that detail in your ad? He seemed strangely eager to disclose where they supposedly came from. I think even if he didn't steal the wheels himself, he probably knows who did... I'm really curious as to the outcome of this though.
