+1 on STM. Great service, very accomodating, and they truly go over each option/ brand with you. Like projectdna said, they're not cheap, but they do a fine job each and every time.

I am looking to get my windshield done in Llumar Air Blue 80. Anybody have recommendations and price? I was thinking Sunshield. But, the worried about the quality. Any comments or suggestions?

I just got this installed on my new CT's front windshield 2 weeks ago at Signature Tint in costa mesa. Also got llumar ctx ceramic tints on the sides. So far it's been the awesome. Definitely feel a night and day difference in heat during hot days. You pretty much don't need a sunshade anymore in the front lol. It's literally clear with a slight blueish hue at some angles. But it's pretty much clear so you have visibility during night time too.

Been reading through hundreds of posts here at CL Bm'er, Corvette, Merc etc forums on the different films and heat rejection qualities......
ILast place I called advised not to use ceramic on my "99 GS because it WILL interfere with cell and radio reception. I thought the major issue causers were with metalized highly reflective film and not ceramic.
Any GS 2nd gen owners with ceramic tint? Can you post experience of reception issues or not and what specific films were applied.
I wanted to do Crystalline and maybe even Huper, but am quite overwhelmed on all the heat rejecting class films as well as pricing in South Cali.

I followed some advice here and got my ISF tinted at Signature Tint in Costa Mesa. A++ on service and on the tint. I'm bringing two more of my family's cars there to tint this week.

I got my tint at G5 in Alhambra. Ricky (the owner) was very professional and friendly (very highly rated on Yelp). Ben installed Crystalline 40% on my IS-F at their South Pasadena location. I recommend them!

Auto tint specialist here at HUntington Beach. Danny tinted my IS and honda and so far still looks amazing. He works on a lot of lexus and also owns a couple of them so he is very familiar with our brand

I got a fix it ticket for my front tints about three weeks ago and a friend recommended me to this place and they removed it, then got the ticket taken care of the next day. Then the following morning I scheduled an appointment to get mines tinted again and they took around 45 minutes to do both front windows. They do in a garage and not out in the open lot which is good for a controlled environment for a clean tint job. My tints have no problems and no bubbles or of the sort. They really did a good job on my IS350 and they are really nice people over there.

Got the new ES tinted at SPECIALIZED AUTO TINT in Irvine and they did a fantastic job.
I ended up going with 3M Color Stable 35 all around and couldn't be happier. The clarity on this film is incredible and the color is a true black. No hint of green or blue at all. Great price and service and would highly recommend them.

Definitely go to Sunshield on Van Nuys. Hamid does a great job! I went there for my 3IS and they did an excellent job

so far i'm considering socal autosound and california tint and tint zone
i want my front windshield tinted ceramic, since lots of previous post said it has best heat blockage, despite negative reviews like ghosting and cell phone reception..
anyone has experience on this at those shops? i was thinking something like a 70%
