I know it must be Murphy's Law, but how and why is it that vehicles and drivers like this seem to stay on the road scot-free while the rest of us get pulled over for more innocuous things like having no front plate, traveling 5 miles over the limit, and the like? Not that I'm going to even bother trying to drive without a front plate in California any more these days!
