spotted a 1GS slammed on what looked like 19's and a JP body kit and exhaust and no tint from what it looked like. driver was a younger asian guy with a shaved head at Goldenwest college turning onto edinger from Gothard at around 4 pm

Spotted a lowered, blue 1GS on stock wheels 4/15 at a bit after 8 am on the Baranca offramp from 133 in Irvine. I was in the 1GS on your right. Not sure if you're on CL.
